Instruction Style
“The game is played with a golf club. The golf club is held in your hands and swung by using your hands, wrists and arms. The club leads the action taking place and your body reacts to how you swing it. In other words, you swing the club. You don’t lead the club. To play the game to the utmost level of your ability, a golfer must be trained in total 'body action.' It is essential that each region of your body be prepared to do its collective part to fulfill its function in the golf swing.”
